La Cabra is widely regarded as one of Aarhus' best specialty coffee spots and the roaster's original home, praised for excellent light-roasted, self-roasted coffee (black or with milk) and standout house-baked pastries like cardamom swirl buns, almond croissants and canelés. The Scandinavian, wabi-sabi space is calm and design-forward with friendly, knowledgeable baristas, though it gets notably busy on weekend afternoons with limited seating. Prices are seen as reasonable for the quality.
