A specialty coffee roastery and café (est. 2012) that many reviewers call the best coffee in Trondheim, especially for the lightly roasted, floral Scandinavian style. Baristas are praised as skilled and friendly, espresso drinks and filter coffee are highlights, and there's a small selection of house-made sandwiches and cakes plus bagged beans to buy. The main caveat is that the light-roast profile isn't for everyone; drinkers who prefer darker, rounder coffee may be less taken with it.
