Andersen & Maillard, a Norrebro coffee roastery and bakery from a former Noma pastry chef and a barista, is praised for mastering both specialty coffee and laminated pastry at a high level. It is best known for its viral cube-shaped croissant filled with pistachio cream, plus crisp kouign-amann, croissants and house-roasted single-origin coffee. The main downsides reviewers cite are that it is consistently busy with limited seating and premium prices, with popular pastries often selling out.
