Kinyobi

Kinyobi is talked about as one of Copenhagen's most ambitious and upscale modern Japanese spots, with a chef-driven izakaya concept spanning yakitori, sushi/nigiri and charcoal-grilled wagyu in a warm oak counter-seating room with curated music and DJs. Several diners and critics rate the food highly, with one calling it the best Japanese food they've had in Europe. Reactions aren't uniform, though, with at least one reviewer questioning the concept while praising individual dishes.
