Tango

Tango is widely regarded as Stavanger's leading fine-dining room and a frequently cited Michelin-star candidate, praised for a refined seasonal tasting menu, standout service, and a classy-yet-cozy intimate space of around 30 seats. Critics single out dishes like the caviar-and-brown-butter waffle and truffle cannelloni, and describe the roughly 1,600 NOK menu as strong value for the level.
