The fish-and-chips stall inside Aalborg Streetfood, run by a Faroese owner who grew up with the British chippie ritual and brings in Faroese fish. Proper battered fish, chips fried in rapeseed oil, Sarson's malt vinegar and mushy peas on the side. About as authentic as the format gets in Jutland.
