ÅBEN's Kødbyen taproom brews and pours in a former slaughterhouse, with 14 conditioning tanks hanging overhead so you drink right in the middle of the production — a genuinely fun, industrial-cool setting for craft beer. Thursday to Saturday evenings a rotating cast of local pop-up kitchens takes over the food, so it doubles as a casual dinner spot alongside the pints. One of the more characterful stops in the Meatpacking District for beer people, and part of a respected Danish craft brand with several city locations.
