Amager Bryghus is one of the pioneers of Denmark's craft-beer revolution — fiercely independent and genuinely respected among beer people — and this is one of their taprooms (the Nørreport location, on Nørre Voldgade). Fifteen taps, mostly Amager's own hop-forward and bold brews with a rotating guest or two, plus tasting flights and indoor/outdoor seating. If you care about beer, it's a proper pilgrimage stop; if you just want a cosy pint it delivers that too, though food is minimal.
