Amager Gyouza is a small, homey spot on Øresundsvej doing handmade dumplings and dim sum — gyoza, bao and soups — the kind of unassuming neighbourhood place where the cooking is more about care than fanfare. Reviews are warm (roughly 4.4) and prices are gentle, and it works as much for takeaway as for a quick sit-down. A friendly local dumpling stop rather than a citywide draw.
