A small Italo-American bakery in Valby that's punched well above its size, winning a devoted following for outstanding sourdough, focaccia, small-batch pastries and locally roasted coffee — the kind of place whose bread reportedly doesn't survive the walk home. Warm, owner-driven and genuinely characterful, it's earned local press for its personable approach. Prices run a touch high, but regulars say the quality earns it; one of the more distinctive independent bakeries on this side of town.
