The Spis take
This is the Japanese Andersen Bakery — a Hiroshima-born chain that took its name and inspiration from Danish baking and now runs a European arm here. Expect neatly executed Danish pastries, croissants and breads in a bright, laid-back café setting, well-reviewed (around 4.6) for quality and friendly service. It gets busy with queues at peak, and prices run a touch high, so it's better as a considered treat than a bargain grab-and-go.
