A homegrown Aarhus sandwich café that started on Vestergade in 2004 and grew to a handful of locations, this being the Trøjborg one. The pull is a proper build-your-own sandwich: 17 fillings across five breads including sourdough, wholegrain and gluten-free, plus a cosy sit-and-linger vibe and decent coffee. Regulars love it and rate the carpaccio sandwich in particular; the honest caveat is that it's on the pricey side for what is, at heart, a sandwich.
