The Spis take

A cozy, rose-hued Vietnamese spot (and takeaway) on Vesterbrogade from Anh Le, one of the people who put Vietnamese street food on Copenhagen's map back in the early 2000s. The food is homey comfort cooking, some of it from her grandmother's and mother's recipes, and you can sit in or grab it to go. A warm, personal place with real pedigree behind it.
