Anker Chokolade is a serious little chocolatier founded in 2015 by former Michelin chef Mikkel Anker, best known for its flødeboller and handmade pralines using largely organic, fair-trade chocolate. This is the Nørrebro/Jagtvej shop — a small, treat-yourself stop for quality bonbons and seasonal boxes rather than an everyday sweet. Prices reflect the craft, but the mini sizes let you graze across flavours.
