One of the most important Thai addresses in the city: reportedly the first Thai restaurant in Denmark (1997), now run by Sitthiphon 'Dang' Chitphumisak, serving proper Isaan cooking on tiny Lille Istedgade. This is the real, punchy stuff — a famed crispy whole fried tilapia buried in herbs, papaya salad with genuine chili and acidity — at honest prices in a cramped, unfussy room. If you care about authentic northeastern Thai food in Copenhagen, this is a benchmark; go hungry and don't expect much in the way of decor.
