The Amagerbro branch of Backstage Burgers, an offshoot of the well-regarded original in Dragør, this is a proper gourmet burger joint built on 200g patties of freshly ground Danish welfare beef. Locals rate it highly (a strong Google score) and single out the buttermilk-fried chicken burger and the big, crisp onion rings; the cozy little room fills up fast. The one caveat is consistency — the fries in particular can swing from excellent to over-salted depending on the day.
