The Spis take

A small bakery out on Annebergvej run under Aalborg municipality, open only weekday mornings, which tells you it's more a training/social workshop than a full commercial bageri. That said, the counter is genuinely public: seasonal vaniljekranse, a proper menu card, the honest everyday stuff. Come for the neighbourly spirit, not a big selection.
