The Spis take

A fourth-generation family bakery on Køgevej with a century of baking behind it, working from traditional recipes for its breads and cakes. This is the real old-school Roskilde bager: come for proper crusty bread, weekday smørrebrød and cakes, not a modern coffee-shop scene.
