Copenhagen's most glamorous champagne bar, tucked into the ground-floor corner of the storied Hotel d'Angleterre on Kongens Nytorv. Think velvet seating, a long black-lacquer counter, caviar and oyster service, 40-plus champagne houses and weekend DJs — designed by Space Copenhagen and priced accordingly. It's a splurge and a see-and-be-seen occasion rather than a casual drink, but for a special toast it delivers exactly the polish it promises.
