The Spis take

A newer natural-wine bar in a corner of Den Hvide Kødby that quietly tries to make good wine and food unpretentious and affordable — a glass from around 55 kr and a daily dish around 185 kr. One room built around a big open kitchen, with chef Merel Quint (who has cooked at some of Europe's more adventurous kitchens) sending out Mediterranean, Spanish-leaning small plates. Promising and low-key; go for the wine and grazing, not a formal dinner.
