A small, family-rooted Vietnamese spot near Vesterbro Torv built around one thing done properly: the bánh mì. Crusty bread, marinated pork or chicken (with a veggie option), house pickles and herbs, plus Vietnamese iced coffee, from a founder cooking his mother's Saigon recipes. Seating is tight, so think quick lunch or takeaway rather than a sit-down evening. Young and buzzy, and a welcome bit of genuine Vietnamese street food in the city.
