Baobab is a West African stall at Reffen, the harbourside street-food market, run by chef Bocar and drawing on the flavours of The Gambia. The signature is domodar, a rich peanut-butter stew with chicken or a vegan version, alongside plantains, African chapati and doughnuts. It's warm, welcoming and one of the more distinctive corners of Reffen, a proper change of pace from the market's burgers and tacos.
