The Spis take

An intimate, recently opened Italian bar off Regnegade doing the aperitivo ritual properly: real espresso, negronis and a tight list of Italian wines, plus a few seasonal plates, run by a hospitality veteran with decades in New York and Florida. It aims for elegant-but-homey rather than tourist-trap, and if it delivers on the promise it's a lovely central spot for a pre-dinner drink. Still new, so worth treating as one to try rather than a sure thing.
