One of Aarhus' most singular eating experiences: a private dining club, not an a la carte restaurant, running since 2008 out of Sonnesgade. You book online rather than walk in, and the point is a playful, one-off gastronomic evening built around the guests, so no two dinners are the same. It won a local culture prize early on and has a devoted following, but go in understanding this is a bespoke event dinner rather than somewhere you drop by for a quick bite.
