This is the delicatessen counter inside the Bilka hypermarket at Field's, not a standalone restaurant. It's a supermarket deli/take-away section — ready-made dishes like meatballs, lasagne, salads and potatoes, plus a sushi counter — meant for grabbing lunch or dinner components while you shop. Handy and cheap, but very much big-box grocery food rather than anywhere you'd go to eat out.
