The Elmegade outpost of Bindia, a homegrown Copenhagen chain of organic Indian food that started in 2010 and is a genuine local favourite for takeaway. Expect generous, well-spiced, largely organic curries and dals cooked in a lighter, less oily style, from a snug shop mostly geared to takeaway with a couple of window seats for people-watching on Elmegade. It's dependable rather than transcendent — a chain, and it shows — but for weeknight Indian in Nørrebro it earns its loyal following.
