Black Swan is a proper craft-beer bar on Borgergade with the honest motto 'No crap on tap' — 16 taps and a deep bottle list leaning on Danish and other micro-breweries. The staff know their beers, whiskeys and rums and are among the friendlier pours in town, and the room stays cosy and low-key (Tuesdays there's an open-mic hosted by the owner). It's a locals' beer spot rather than a scene, and none the worse for it — a reliable choice if you take your pint seriously.
