The reborn restaurant inside Aarhus Theatre, named for the theatre's architect Hack Kampmann and relaunched in late 2024 by chef Patrick Fernandez. It's a classic French brasserie in genuinely beautiful, historic surroundings: bouillabaisse, beef tartare, moules, a big ribeye, done at fair prices. The setting alone makes it worth booking around a show, and the early word has been warm. Note the limited hours: evenings Thursday to Saturday plus performance days.
