A polished Vietnamese brasserie on Vesterbrogade near Vesterbro Torv, run by Dung Lê Hoang with her sister, cookbook author and chef Anh, in the kitchen, cooking Vietnamese with a light French twist in handsome, relaxed surroundings. This is a step above the usual pho counter: think beef in betel leaves, refined spring rolls and a proper sit-down dinner, and it earned four stars from Politiken. A strong choice when you want Vietnamese food treated seriously; book ahead.
