BreadByKaerup is a small micro-bakery in Aalborg's Vestbyen, founded by William (who trained at Behag Din Smag and Surdejsbageren), focused on quality over quantity with sourdough bread, seasonal pastries and specialty coffee. It quickly became a local favourite and is very highly rated (around 4.8 on RestaurantGuru), with reviewers singling out some of the best croissants in Aalborg, friendly staff and a cozy vibe. Popular items sell out, so early visits are advised.
