A craft bakery-café born in Odense in 2016 by two friends obsessed with good bread and coffee. They bake gourmet sourdough, kanelsnegle and brunsviger and roast their own beans in a micro-roastery, so the pull is a warm loaf and a proper flat white watching the pedestrian street go by.
