The Spis take

A tiny independent gelato boutique right on the Islands Brygge harbourfront, the kind of spot you hit after a summer swim in the harbour baths. They take the ice cream seriously (they even do a "hunde-is" for the dog) and pull espresso too. Caveat: it's genuinely weather-dependent — the hours shrink on grey days and they close in rain — so this is a fair-weather treat, not a destination.
