Bryggens Tehus on Islands Brygge is a small, heartfelt tea shop run by owners drawing on their Chaozhou Chinese heritage and Gong Fu Cha tradition, with a curated range of quality loose-leaf teas plus chocolates, ceramics and tea gear. They also pour bubble tea (it trades as 'Bryggens Bubbletehus' on delivery), so it straddles serious-tea and treat. Come to be taught something about tea and to pick up a thoughtful gift rather than for a full café sit-down.
