BUKA is a well-regarded Copenhagen sourdough bakery that has grown into a small chain, baking rye and sourdough daily with local flour and turning out the pastries people queue for — the pistachio croissant and cardamom bun get named again and again. This Frederiksberg (Falkoner Allé) spot is a reliable stop for coffee, buns and a proper loaf. Popular for good reason, if not exactly a hidden gem anymore.
