The Spis take

Part of the small BUKA bakery-café family scattered across central Copenhagen — a cosy hybrid of bakery, coffee spot and pizzeria trading on French-Italian pastries. The pistachio croissant, vanilla-raspberry croissant and cardamom brioche are the crowd-pleasers, and they've built a loyal following for good reason. It's polished, Instagram-friendly and a touch trend-driven, but the baking genuinely holds up for a morning coffee or a sweet fix.
