A focused little smash-burger joint on Amagerbrogade doing one thing on purpose: thin patties of 100% Danish beef smashed hard on the griddle for a crisp, caramelized crust, tucked into organic brioche with house pickles and a signature sauce. The menu is deliberately narrow, so don't come looking for chicken or a big veggie spread, and note it only opens evenings (closed Mondays). If you like your burgers greasy, crunchy-edged and unfussy, it delivers.
