Yusuf Kocabas (the man behind Burger Boom) went back to basics here: flame-grilled patties, organic Jalm&B buns, Danish beef from Himmerlandskød, a short menu and a focus on doing it right rather than expanding. Spiseguiden Aarhus handed it top marks, and it's a real contender for the city's best burger. The 94 kr weekday lunch is the smart order.
