A pilgrimage-grade specialty coffee bar on Store Kongensgade from the team behind Bar Vitrine, and the only place in Copenhagen pouring a continuous menu from Oslo's revered Tim Wendelboe. The pine-lined FRAMA-designed room is quiet, precise and almost meditative, with pastries that punch well above a normal café. It's small and deliberate, so expect a wait and a focus on the coffee itself rather than a laptop hangout.
