Cadence is an Australian-inspired all-day brunch, coffee and pastry cafe tucked into the newer Carlsberg Byen district, leaning heavily vegetarian and vegan. It does the crowd-pleasing modern-brunch playbook well — Turkish eggs, salmon benedict, avocado toast, sourdough pizzas, plus genuinely good coffee — and the room is bright and pleasant. Reviews are largely warm (around 4.2), though a few diners find it a touch inconsistent and priced at the confident end for what it is. A solid neighborhood brunch choice rather than a destination.
