A small, sincerely-loved sandwich café in Trøjborg where the fillings are made fresh to order and the house mayo and pesto do a lot of the heavy lifting. Regulars rave about the pasta salad and the coffee as much as the sandwiches, and the welcome is genuinely warm. Worth knowing it keeps weekday-lunch hours only, so it's a work-day errand, not a weekend plan.
