The Spis take

This is one of the public cafés inside Aarhus University Hospital in Skejby, serving hot and cold meals to patients, visitors and staff. It is a functional hospital canteen rather than a destination, though the AUH kitchens take their food seriously enough that Café Øst has been nominated for a Danish canteen-of-the-year prize. Go if you are already at the hospital and need a proper bite; nobody makes a special trip.
