Not a restaurant in the usual sense: Parasollen is an alcohol-free social café in Viby, started in 1994 by the local church and KFUM's social work and run largely by volunteers. You can buy a coffee, a slice of homemade cake, some smørrebrød or the day's hot dish at gentle prices, but the real point is that it's a warm, no-judgement meeting place for people who need one. Come for the community and the good deed, not for a culinary night out.
