Now trading simply as Rømer, this big, handsome spot on Aboulevarden by the river does Latin American social dining: shareable small plates, cocktails and music in a stylish, candle-lit room with heated riverside seating. It swings from brunch by day to a lively dinner-and-drinks scene at night, and suits groups well. Expect proper-restaurant prices rather than casual-café ones despite the old "café" name.
