The Spis take

This is the little café and shop inside the Round Tower's Library Hall, midway up the famous 1642 spiral ramp — a spot to pause for a coffee among the exhibitions rather than a café you'd seek out on its own. It's convenient and atmospheric if you're already climbing the tower, but it's an attraction amenity, so judge it as one: nice view of history, modest refreshments.
