An Odense institution since 1986: a French brasserie on Gråbrødre Plads that shape-shifts from brunch-and-lunch cafe by day to a la carte restaurant and cocktail bar by night, spilling onto one of the city's best summer terraces. The kitchen can be uneven and it isn't cheap, but the room, the drinks and the buzz keep it a fixture.
