The Spis take

The ground-floor cafe of the reborn Thoravej 29 community building in Nordvest, and a lovely low-key reason to visit the neighborhood. Mornings bring Coffee Collective brews, croissants and pastries from their own organic bakery; from 10 it shifts to simple, seasonal, veg-forward sandwiches and lunch. It's warm, a little rugged and community-minded rather than showy, which is exactly the appeal.
