CC Taste is an Amagerbrogade dim sum and wok specialist modelled on Hong Kong's dai pai dong street stalls — Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan and Hong Kong-style dishes made with more authenticity than the average neighbourhood Chinese. It's a favourite among Copenhagen's Chinese community and homesick foreigners chasing the real thing, which tells you what you need to know. Unglamorous room, delivery-friendly, but the cooking is the point.
