The Spis take

A pretty, wood-carved tea salon inside Tivoli Gardens pouring organic teas from Chaplon's own Sri Lankan plantation, including their signature light Tivoli blend, plus coffee, cocoa, pastries and a few cold drinks. It's a calm, slightly old-fashioned pause amid the amusement-park bustle — charming for a tea break, though very much a Tivoli experience (and requires park entry). Nice for what it is rather than a standalone destination.
