A cheese-forward stall at Reffen, Copenhagen's big Refshaleøen street-food market, where Mo and Leila scrape molten raclette over crisp potatoes and pile up gooey mac 'n' cheese and a cult duck-confit sandwich. It's unapologetic indulgence rather than health food, and prices sit at street-food-market levels, but if you love hot melted cheese it delivers. Note it's seasonal at Reffen in the warmer months and decamps to Tivoli for the winter, so check it's actually running before you trek out.
