Cholon is Lâm Lê's follow-up to the pioneering LêLê family, a small, ambitious Vietnamese-Southeast Asian kitchen tucked into Vingårdstræde — greens, brightness and punchy flavours over a short, changing menu. The signature Cholon roll (a knowing, upsized riff on the Danish 'Kina rolls' of childhood) is the talking point, while lunchtime bánh mì on freshly baked baguette are a genuine draw.
